Pectolyase Y-23 distributed from us is prepared with the same solid culture of Asp. japonicus transferred from the previous manufacturer Kikkoman. The quality of the enzyme suitable for a plant protoplast formation has been examined through the tests of a protoplast regeneration conducted by the same protoplast worker.
The enzyme activity of the new specification shown as Pectin Lyase was more than 1000U/g.
